SUSTAINABILITY IS OUR COMMITMENT!

Customer satisfaction through high quality standards is our top priority. All production processes are therefore subject to strict monitoring in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 quality management systems. The production of steel drums and steel construction equipment is additionally certified in accordance with ISO 3834-3 and ISO 15614-1 for welding quality requirements. For load-bearing components and kits for steel structures, we have certification in accordance with CPR EN 1090. In addition, in-house welding inspectors monitor the quality of the welding work carried out in accordance with GSIMV EN 1090.

Occupational safety is a high priority for us: We constantly monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations and continuously develop occupational safety precautions. Currently, internal group occupational safety standards are being implemented for all company locations. The goal is to be able to better monitor and improve the occupational safety of our employees with regular audits in the future.

We at the Hildebrandt Group have understood that our resources are finite and that sustainable and environmentally friendly management is indispensable. That is why we only use PEFC-certified wood from sustainable forestry - the wood is processed according to the ISPM 15 standard, which is defined in the International Plant Protection Convention IPPC. We also ensure REACH conformity for all our products and those of our suppliers.

At the Hildebrandt Group, we base all investments in technology and buildings on their energy efficiency: Investments are assessed on the basis of potential CO2 savings and in future all products leaving our premises will be labelled with a Co2 balance. We also pay attention to reducing our packaging material made of plastic and foils. For our customers, we develop product solutions to strengthen the circular economy. For example, cable drums are to be repaired and reused as far as possible. We are also gradually converting our forklift and car fleets to e-vehicles and we produce our products with green electricity from a regional biogas plant. In the future, we will rely on digital and paperless work in the offices.
